Adventuring. Overlanding. Camping. Exploration. Backcountry hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and more!

  • Raleigh, NC

Our time was limited in the Research Triangle and the fact that our campsite was 30+ minutes from town meant we were a bit isolated. Even so, we managed to discover a few gems…

  • Mama Gertie’s Hideaway

Have you ever wondered what the perfect campground is like? Until this week, I thought there was only one. Lucky for us there’s another, and it’s in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

  • Louisville, Kentucky

Overall, we found Louisville to be a hip and stylish city — full of surprises. The people were especially friendly and the food (and craft beer!) was absolutely fabulous.

Later we hit the “Buy Local” fair. It was unusually hot, but there was cold beer, plenty of shade, and … LIVE BLUEGRASS!

  • Time To Hit The Road

Then it’s time to put someone in charge of navigation and decide where you’re headed.
